    Story Maps

Story Maps allows you to capture several different views and tie them together into a “story” that another user can click through. It also includes the ability to add text, images or video to each of the snapshots you are capturing so that you can add more context to the scene you are capturing and sharing.

    Story Editor

Select the Story icon at the top of the screen. This will open the Story Editor panel on the far right displaying the Getting Started (link to the tutorial video) and Capture Scene options.

PRO TIP – If you want your first scene to be a different view to the Mapping Interface screen, ensure you have your preferred dataset added to the map prior to capturing your first scene. You can also add a dataset to the map at any time during the story/scene capture process.

In the example below, the Fishermans Bend data set has been added to the mapping screen and two more scenes have been added to the story. Each created scene is added to the list in the Story Editor Panel
